The prices include

For a weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday:
normal consumption of water and electricity, refrigerator, kitchenette, oven, dishwasher, hair dryer, LCD TV, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels including kitchen set, air conditioning in all rooms, direct telephone line, safe, video surveillance system of the structure.

Prices do not include

Final cleaning (compulsory): Euro 50.00 for studio apartments; Euro 70.00 for one-bedroom and one-bedroom Plus apartments; Euro 85.00 for two-bedroom apartments. Obligation to clean the kitchenette by the customer (if not done, Euro 20.00 will be charged). Outdoor parking Euro 5.00 per day. Indoor video-surveilled parking Euro 10.00 per day. Use of laundry (detergents included) with dryer, iron, and ironing board at Euro 3.50 per wash. (The parking space in the garage must be reserved at the time of booking).

Supplements and extra services

Crib for children up to 3 years (including linen) Euro 35.00, High chair Euro 10.00 for weekly stays. Bed linen and towels Euro 10.00 for each extra change. Bicycle rental (for leisure and mountain biking)

Reservations and payments

Reservations, even by phone, are considered confirmed and effective upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the agreed stay price by postal order or bank transfer within 7 days. The balance must be paid in cash or by credit card upon delivery of the apartment on the day of arrival.

Cancellations

In case of cancellation for any reason, in any capacity, without exception, on the date of a confirmed reservation, Olympus Resort will retain the entire amount of the booking deposit.

Arrivals and departures

Cases of early or delayed arrival or departure must be agreed with the management. The accommodations are normally available to the customer from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. For departures, accommodations must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM on the agreed date. For early departures or late arrivals, no price reduction is provided. If the accommodation is not occupied by 11:00 AM the following day, it will be considered a cancellation.

Deposits

A deposit of Euro 250.00 will be required at the beginning of the stay as a guarantee for any damage or breakages caused. The deposit will be returned upon departure after the state of maintenance is checked by the management.
